Operations Manager
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the systems, people, logistics, and administrative infrastructure that keep Ecocentric’s projects and field teams operating safely, efficiently, and consistently. This position serves as the operational bridge between senior leadership, Project Management, field personnel, Project Coordination, Data/GIS, Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors. The Operations Manager is responsible for translating project and company needs into reliable day-to-day execution. The role oversees company-wide operational workflows including workforce readiness, field logistics, equipment and vehicle coordination, travel, purchasing, vendor management, safety administration, onboarding/offboarding logistics, software and account administration, and operational SOPs.
Project Lead Wildlife Biologist
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Lead Wildlife Biologist to manage and oversee biological compliance and monitoring programs for renewable energy and infrastructure projects throughout California and the southwestern United States. This exempt leadership position requires independent judgment, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects while ensuring environmental compliance and staff safety. The role serves as the primary technical authority and client liaison for assigned projects.

Job Description: We are seeking a Project Manager / Biologist to lead and support biological resource projects in the southwestern U.S. with a focus on compliance monitoring, protected species surveys, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strong project management, biological expertise, and regulatory knowledge, and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in the field and office.
This position involves oversight of the full project lifecycle—from staffing and field logistics to data QA/QC, reporting, budgeting, and client coordination—while also supporting our technical teams in survey implementation and regulatory compliance.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Editor / Document Specialist to provide part-time editing and document-production support across the business. This position reviews and refines technical and business materials, including memos, reports, proposals, protocols, and PowerPoint presentations, for grammar, punctuation, syntax, logic, clarity, consistency, and professional presentation. The role also formats Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents to ensure deliverables are polished, consistent, easy to navigate, and aligned with Ecocentric, client, and agency requirements.

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Wildlife Biologist to support our biological monitoring and compliance efforts for a variety of on-site and off-site projects for environmentally sensitive areas. This position requires individuals who can thrive in challenging outdoor conditions, possess strong biological knowledge, and can effectively communicate with teams to ensure environmental compliance.
